BUILDER PUNCH LIST
For each and every project Paladino Enterprises undertakes, satisfaction of the investor is a chief priority. This is why we take serious any and every builder punch list we handle, whether drafted and confirmed by an architect, by an owner, or by us.
At Paladino Enterprises, the process of putting together a punch list begins when construction is nearly finished, at which point we will notify our client and request a joint walkthrough of the project.
Prior to this walkthrough, we will prepare a list of tasks and items that either need to be completed or corrected in order to reach final completion. This list can be amended prior to the walkthrough, either by the building’s owner, or by other contractors that may already be involved .
Once the walkthrough is complete and the punch list is finalized, we get to work coordinating a team of trusted New Jersey subcontractors who can complete the work in a timely fashion, on budget, and with the upmost attention to detail and craftsmanship. We know that the sooner punch lists are addressed, the sooner our clients can take advantage of their buildings, new or remodeled, residential or commercial.
